<p>In this lesson you will introduce the history of ice cream. It is filled with tons of "fun facts" about ice cream that kids will enjoy. </p><p>Also, students will be able to create and make their own flavor of ice cream. </p><p>If time is allowed the students could hold an ice cream tasting for their school and have the school vote on their favorite flavor of ice cream.</p><p>This lesson is a great way to teach history, science, and math.</p>
