This section of Business Communication will focus on the fundamentals of letter writing. Students will know the basic formats of a friendly letter, and a business letter. They will apply their knowledge of those formats in creating a letter of their own. In addition, we will cover writing business letters of complaint and compliment, as well as a cover letter for a resume.
