Scavenger Hunt Site Location: http://www.littleexplorers.com/classroom/prereaders.shtml This is a dictionary scavenger hunt for children who are starting to be familiar with the alphabet and the sounds the letters make. Can be done in conjunction with topics currently being studied 5. Silly Cows Site Location: http://www.pbskids.org/lions/games/abccow2.html Silly cows have been eating the alphabet. Find the missing letter by typing it on the keyboard. Has a printable worksheet option. 6. Children can decide which word to add to individual list for ABC order or alphabet book. Students can also choose to print out pictures for their project. 7.
