This is a resource Track on dealing with feelings. The objectives of this Track is to teach students to identify feeling words and relate them to their own feelings. During this unit the students will be encouraged to express their feelings in appropriate ways and to share them with others. The students will also learn various conflict resolution techniques, ways to deal with stress, and ways to deal with peers and peer pressure.
