 Track Description

Students are newspaper reporters in the 1860s who report on one of the major Civil War battles. Their emphasis will primarily be on analyzing photographs from the American Memory website, but they will also access other websites to gather specific information on their battle. They will need to determine if they are writing for a newspaper in the North or in the South. This idea and most information is from an idea and project in a track by Christine Olson.
