 Track Description
Hearing and speech provide the means through which we express and receive ideas, information, and emotions. Hearing loss can cause individual speech and language systems to be disordered. The resultant communication problems are some of the most serious and challenging to confront a classroom teacher. This Track is to designed to help inform the public on the processes of going deaf or even the loss of hearing. Many people struggle in today's society because of the differences they face such as being deaf or even having semi-deafness.
