Track Description
Berea Community High School in Berea, KY, is participating in the nationwide Veterans Day Project. This track contains sites for collecting information on the project and sites for student use.
The focus of the Veterans History Project is first-hand accounts of U.S. veterans and civilians who supported them in these wars:
World War I (1914-1920)
World War II (1939-1946)
Korean War (1950-1955)
Vietnam War (1961-1975)
Persian Gulf War (1990-1995)
Afghanistan and Iraq conflicts (2001-present)
Civilian supporters: war industry workers, USO workers, flight instructors, medical volunteers, etc.
