Students introduction to this turbulent period of time will include interpreting first-person narratives, examining historical maps, looking at relevant photographs, analyzing Civil War era songs, comparing differences and advantages of both sides involved in the conflict and describing the Civil War’s key figures, ideas, places, and events, as well as the War’s effect on people and policies. This Track was designed by Bryan Bronn with a few adjustments for my class.
