 Track Description

Permissions relating to copyright and "Fair Use" are changing. New media has brought with it new changes, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and the Technology, Education, and Copyright Harmonization (TEACH) Act. This new legislation helps address these changes by providing new guidelines for copyright.

The best way to protect your rights (and the rights of others) is to arm yourself with information about copyright. This Track is designed to provide the information you need to understand copyright and how it affects you, your classes, your work, Web sites and classroom resources.
