This track is an extension of a research project that students did on careers. In order to utilize this track, the students need to have a salary or amount of money in mind to budget the purchasing of a house or apartment and a car. The real estate on this track is based in Milwaukee, WI. The students have to choose two houses, two apartments, and three cars that they would like to buy. They then have to compare and contrast them to find the best choice based on their salary. Both purchases need to be supported with logical and realistic reasons at the end of the project.
