 Track Description
Track-A-Day
As part of the Computer Applications requirement for the Kansas Board of Regents Curriculum for college admission, students must have knowledge of the history of computers. This Track provides links for answering questions related to the material covered in the Microsoft Office 2000 Professional textbook published by Lawrenceville Press. Using the text only as a guide, students use the web resources for enhancing their knowledge about the development of computers. Student will use their new knowledge to create a scenario of the future. This scenario would take place many years into the future and would describe a specific situation where computers are involved. There is to be some sort of problem that has to be solved. Students will trade scenarios and try to solve them using the Future Problem Solving Program process (www.fpsp.org)
