Track Description
This track is to offer a social studies/science extension to the book, Nory Ryan's Song, written by Patricia Reilly Giff. Students will research the causes and effects the potato famine had on the people of Ireland. Students will compare the agricultural problems of early Ireland to agricultural problems of present day Louisiana.
