Track Description
This Track helps the efforts in identifying the gifted population and explains in further detail characteristics of these exceptional children. The gifted population is a unique group of people who need to be recognized and aided in any ways possible to help them excel to their greatest potential. By finding websites and listing them together, it makes these processes easier and more understandable for those who want to know more.
