You'll discover "customer advocacy" and how it wins delighted and loyal customers. To show what you've learned, you'll have a chance to do some interesting activities. You'll analyze your own personal customer type and buying motives for several products, plan a "valud-added" customer services program, and create a "customer advocacy" plan for a business. you'll even conduct and report some customer service research of your own.
