This Track has been made to educate people on a group of students that are being forgotten because they are not having any difficulties in learning. Although these students are Gifted, and many see them as having an advantage over the average child, they also have their specific needs. And if the United States and every state in it doesn't strive to challenge there wisdom and develop their full intellect we as a country will never be able to match up to the rest of the world on the international level of competition.
