This track will include activities to improve the students ability in map reading, as well as allowing them to gain a basic understanding of geography by locating major physical and political features on globes and maps. The students will become aware of the placement of continents and oceans. The students will do hands on activities that teach them about longitude and latitude. Students will learn more about the world around them, and will use a physical map to show major features of the continents.
