Track Description
This track is designed to help students become better writers. There has been a gap identified in this area. The students often know what to write about, they seem to have trouble putting it in words. Word choice is difficult for them. The two standards addressed are the student will develop the structural and creative skills necessary to produce written language that can be read and interpreted by various audiences, and the student will demonstrate effective writing style by the use of vivid words, varied sentences , and appropriate transitions.
