 Track Description
Track-A-Day
Track-a-day image Selected I chose this unit because it will help students develop the structural and creative skills necessary to produce written language that can be read and interpreted by various audiences (Language Arts 3-5 Cluster). When using the newspaper students have the chance to be the audience first. They can establish the purpose and then focus on the process. The process will help them with creativity and transitions. Not only will students obtain the goal through this unit, but they will also have a sense of ownership by publishing thier own newspaper.
