This track includes web sites to facilitate my teaching of the sixth grade framework standard: Identify and interpret literary elements and figurative language. These sites provide students with literature that helps them appreciate the lyrical nautre of Dr. Seuss' poems. Other sites provide students with exposure to other quality poetry and the prompts for poetry writing.
