Using numbers as the basis for telling time, writing dates, giving age. Use of ser and estar in simple expressions in Spanish.

1. The students will be able to recognize and understand Spanish numbers.
2. The students will be able to remember the Spanish numbers and say and write them accurately.
3. The students will be able to apply the rules for conjugating verbs in Spanish as they use the verbs "ser" and "tener".
4. The students will be able to apply numbers in Spanish to do simple Math computations to work out age, number of items need for an event etc.
5. The students will be able to understand how Spanish verbs conjugate differently from English verbs.
Above average students
1. The students will be able to apply numbers in writing the dates and telling time accurately in Spanish.
2. The students will be able to use the verbs "ser" and "tener" appropriately to create compositions about self and family.
3. The students will be able to remember the rules for Plurals in Spanish and apply them appropriately in creating sentences in Spanish.
