This track provides resources for the “Native Americans and Native American Feast Day” unit, which is designed for students to practice writing using good sentence structure and help them to focus on the mechanics of writing, as defined in my learning gap. The curriculum standard states that the “student will develop the structural and creative skills necessary to produce written language that can be read and interpreted by various audiences.” This track helps to meet this standard by giving students the opportunity to practice skills to improve their writing. Also, this track will allow my students to “use the Internet to answer questions or practice skills on line,” as stated in the pre-survey.
