 Track Description
This track contains activities that involve students using money skills by allowing them to count money and make change. This track addresses the learning gap by allowing students to participate in an activity that involves using money. Learning gap is students have difficulty making change and counting money. This applies to the content standard -NUMBER SENSE AND NUMBER THEORY: In order to develop Number Sense and an understanding of Number Theory, the mathematics curriculum must include problems which require students to recognize, represent, and model real numbers and operations verbally, physically, symbolically, and graphically. This activity addresses the survey question students will be able to try task that seem hard and apply these skills to a job or real-life situation.
