This can be used for all grade levels. Students are shown a large color picture from the newspaper or elsewhere for about 30 seconds, then are asked to write down everything that they can remember about it. I chose this unit because it will help students improve their reading comprehension by allowing them to see the importance of paying attention to detail while reading.
