Students work in groups of 3 or 4 to create stories. They begin by getting something from nature, writing the name of an interesting place, and then placing this information into a basket. They then add action words to their basket. Then, one at a time, the students will come and draw from the basket and tell stories with what they've drawn. After the story has been told, the students will then write their stories on paper.
