This track, Descriptive Paragraphs, provides a unique cooperative activity to help the student write a descriptive paragraph. It helps learn to organize their ideas and put them together in a way that will be interesting and understandable for various audiences. (TN Language Arts Curriculum Standard) This track helps students develop thinking skills. (Survey Item) All of these activities address the learning gap: Students in grades 6-8 do not have the necessary skills to community effectively through writing.
