 Track Description
Track-A-Day
This Track requires students to create an autobiographical piece, as well as research, organize, and publish a factual piece on a famous Native American. The links in this Track will provide resources for students that will help them research and organize information and produce a teaching presentation to be shared with classmates. Emphasis will be on correct punctuation, capitalization, and forming paragraphs with uniform thoughts. This will address the Tennessee State Curriculum Frameworks objective for Language Arts in grades 3-5 which states, “The student will develop the structural and creative skills necessary to produce written language that can be read and interpreted by various audiences.”
