Track Description
The stated Learning Gap is for students to think ahead to high school, college and careers. The unit Careers for the 21st Century was chosen because that is what the lesson is about - thinking ahead and making plans for the student's future. The 6-8 School Counseling content standard states students need to set goals, form a career identity, and plan for the future.
