1. Texas Educator

Texaseducator.com lists multiple links to other websites for activities and quizzes for students of all ages. Clicking on a specific subject under the "materials by course" section will list the state objectives for each subject.

2. TEA Student Assessment Division

The Texas Education Agency's website includes many good resources. By clicking on the links on the left of the page you can get to such resources as information booklets for individual tests, released TAKS tests, testing calendars, and much more.

3. Track

The University of Texas System provides you with TRACK and TRACKPlus at no cost. It will be helpful as you prepare for the 10th and 11th grade TAKS test. Getting started the first time is easy if you follow the steps listed. When you return to use TRACK in the future you’ll simply login with your username and password. Click Get Started to begin.

This website is maintained by a teacher in Tyler, TX. Students can view objectives, print notes, play vocabulary games, take practice tests, obtain study materials for the AP Chemistry exam, and prepare for the Science TAKS test.

This link provides you with objective description, notes and practice questions over the five Science TAKS Objectives.

Study Island allows you to "test drive" their web-based preparation program and to order the program online, if applicable.

Fort Worth ISD has posted some great tools to use to study and prepare for high school Science TAKS exams.  Clicking on the links below “Resources” will take you to powerpoints, worksheets, teacher instructions, games and quizzes that will assist teacher and students in reviewing for the Science TAKS.
