1. Bacteria That Cause Human Disease

Students can use the table to identify the causative agent of cholera, tuberculosis, and typhoid fever. The table also illustrates the wide range of human diseases caused by bacteria.

2. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention

Students will use the alphabetical list of health topics and click on the links for the assigned diseases. This will allow students to access specific information about each disease.

3. World Health Organization

Students can use a health topic list similar to the one on the CDC web site to retrieve more information from fact sheets and related links.

4. International Travel and Health

This web site has interesting information about the risk of disease when traveling overseas.
