The WorldArt image database allows you to search over 35,000 from around the world. Portfolios of art, architecture, and sculpture are arranged by geographical area or time period.

7. Tate Tales

Students let their imaginations run wild when they select a photographed piece of art from the Tate gallery's collection and write a story about the piece. An excellent example of cross-curriculum integration (art+language arts).
