This website explains the natural threats to great white sharks, as well as others. It also explains why these threats are abundant and what can be done to stop them. Be sure to read the entire document and check out the "Facts" tab.

This website shows the different areas of habitation by great white sharks and also shows how they are distributed throughout these areas. This website has an excellent array of pictures and other links that can give you additional information.

3. Jaws: The Movie and the Effects

This website has many links that discusses the JAWS movie, you may click on those for some interesting facts, but I would like you to focus on the multimedia video link "Peter Benchley discussing the effect of 'JAWS' (requires Windows Media Player." This video discusses the negative and positive effects that the movie had on the perception of great white sharks.

4. Great White Shark Diet

This website gives an excellent source of information on the diet of a great white shark. Please be sure to read through the entire document.

5. Great White Shark Breaching Habits

This website describes the breaching behavior of great white sharks and discusses the best time to view this behavior. The video is quite entertaining, so be sure to check it out.
