Information literate students need to know who " wrote" a web site before using the information found there. They also need to recognize why a site was published, whether for commercial, educational, entertainment, etc. purposes. This Track highlights several sites, guiding students to determine who the author is, the purpose of the sites, and whether the information found at the site is useful for their research.
