Track Description
The track Families is designed to address from the Tennessee Curriculum, Grades K-2, Family Life and Sexuality Framework Standard 1: The student will understand roles, values, responsibilities, contributions and life cycles in family structures. To achieve this standard, the learner will: recognize the various types of family structure know that all animals produce their own kind identify ways children can contribute to healthy family life recognize the rights and privileges of every family member discuss the various types of family structure explain the consequences of individual choices compare the consequences of individual choices. Students will use a variety of activies to achieve these objectives, including reading, writing, drawing, and graphs.
