Students will explore the following sites and explore/answer questions on each site. This webquest is to gain a great understanding and appreciation for immigrants. It will give students a fresh new perspective. Through the webquest students should be exposed to the answers to the following questions: Why are these people leaving the country? What are they contributing to their country of choice? What steps did they take to gain entry? Which of the countries is it most difficult to gain entry into? What is life like for immigrants once they actually emigrate? What are the actual statistics, facts and figures about immigration today in the USA? Students will be asked to write a three page reflection on their answers to each site.
