Track Description
The states comprising the Confederate States of America suffered terrible damage during the American Civil War, politically, economically and physically. Three plans were proposed for reorganization of the states, one was lost to an assassin's bullet, one fell to a powerful Congress and the third created the reality the country struggled with since.
