 Track Description
Brief Description Fifth grade science students will use this Track to access four websites. They will define the following terms: egg, larva, pupa, adult. After collecting information on all four stages of the life cycle of a butterfly, students will use this information to create an illustrated diagram with pasta. This diagram will feature a visual example for each stage that shows accurate detail, and includes a location where each stage would likely take place. Complete sentences will be included to describe all stages. A7: Evaluate the accuracy of information and the reliability of its sources. A8: Organize data, information and ideas into useful forms (including charts, graphs, outlines) for analysis or presentation.
