 Track Description
Students will be studying factors which led to the fall of Ancient Rome. Working in teams, they will research answers to specific questions to help them decide the answer to the question in the unit title. This unit addresses TN Curriculum Standard for social studies 6-8 grade cluster which states: "Students will exhibit a knowledge of history, identifying and describing major events, people, and trends. " Because students will be learning all they can about this topic, they will be growing in pre-survey #5 which states that they learn as completely as they can.
