Students will be divided into the following groups: North America, Latin America, Europe, Russia, North Africa, Middle East, South of Sahara, East Asia, Southeast Asia, and Australia and Oceania.
Each group will be responsible for preparing cuisine from their assigned region.
Students will need to print out their recipes and specify what country it derived from.
Students will present their recipes including preparation tips, history/origin of recipe (if available), place of origin, and information about their recipe's region.
