Featured Track
Standard 2 of the Personal Health and Related Fitness Framework states that: The student will understand appropriate levels of physical fitness in cardiorespiratory endurance, body composition, flexibility, muscular strength, and muscular endurance. This track is designed to provide activities that allow students to participate in activities that will improve thier fitness, and recognize the importance of personal fitness as it relates to wellness.
