 Track Description

There are two objectives for this track.  One, introduce students to William Shakespeare and his vast collection of work.  Two, prepare students to begin reading Shakespeare’s play Romeo and Juliet.  These objectives will be met by reading a brief overview of Shakespeare’s life, viewing pictures of the Globe Theatre, skimming Shakespeare’s collection of plays, reading the prologue to Romeo and Juliet, answering questions that relate to a character analysis’ of Romeo and Juliet, playing a matching game and taking a quiz on information offered throughout this track.
