Track Description
This site gives High School students in Physical Education and Athletic Sports a better understanding of basic biomechanic principles and motor skills.
In Physical Education, digital technology can be utilized to explain scientific concepts on the analysis of movement on skill development and with the application of physics, anatomy, and physiology maybe incorporated into the curriculum. Digital media and using problem-based-learning may assist in the understanding of biomechanical concepts and principles that may be difficult to understand for some students.
