This track offers sites that can be used in sequence, as the students read the book. The student will particapate in writing activities that will help close the learning gap in writing assessment. This unit addresses the following objectives from the TN Curriculum Framework: Write to acquire knowledge, clarify thinking, improve study skills, gain confidence, and promote lifelong communication. Recognize and demonstrate appropriate use of standard English: usage, mechanics, spelling, and sentence structure. Use elements of the writing process as appropriate to the writing task.
