 Track Description
A TN Curriculum Framework content for speaking and listening for grades 6-8 states that students will express ideas clearly and effectively in a variety of oral contexts and apply active listening skills. This is a learning gap for the "At Risk" Character Education students. Learning Expectations for this standard includes the following: To produce a research paper on morals, increase listening skills, learn to take responsibility for their performance, become better observers and how to understand differing perspectives. The students will learn to use a complaint process to resolve problems.
