In this lesson you will introduce the history of ice cream.  It is filled with tons of "fun facts" about ice cream that kids will enjoy.

Also, students will be able to create and make their own flavor of ice cream. 

If time is allowed the students could hold an ice cream tasting for their school and have the school vote on their favorite flavor of ice cream.

This lesson is a great way to teach history, science, and math.
